At GGPA, we offer neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents and adults.  Assessment services provide valuable insight into an individual’s overall mental health and functioning.  Assessment offers in-depth diagnostic evaluation for conditions such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, anxiety, trauma and mood disorders, brain injury and disease. Assessments are used to qualify for educational and testing accommodations, to develop individual education plans, employment evaluations and placements. They aid in medication management, treatment planning and progress monitoring, and can be used in various insurance, medical and legal cases.

Neuropsychological assessments involve clinical interviews, data collection, and a battery of tests that can take between 4-20 hours and 4 to 12 days turnaround for completed reports. Once testing is completed, our psychologist analyzes the results and produces a comprehensive written assessment report. Patients meet with the psychologist for a feedback session and are guided through the summary and interpretation of the assessment findings, clarifying how clinical and diagnostic impressions were made, and how to make use of specialized treatment recommendations.

At GGPA, we value the importance of helping you succeed.  We strive to put an end to the run around experienced by many in search for answers to their struggles. Our experienced psychologists are trained in evidence-based approaches to harnessing the patient’s unique strengths to improve upon areas of difficulty and find better solutions.  Most importantly, we take pride in providing culturally-affirming treatment recommendations that incorporate research across diverse demographics and biopsychosocial factors.

We understand the traumatic impact of systemic oppression and therefore we strive to reach folks that are held back by disparities and inefficiencies in the mental health field, the health care system, and in academic and professional institutions.  In our commitment to providing resources to those under-served by society and those who come from marginalized communities,  we offer an equity rate to those who qualify.   Each member of our team has offered to do pro-bono work that allows us to offer an equity rate, however, this is limited to 3 individuals annually.  If you have further questions or you are ready to book an assessment with our psychologists please click here.
