Therapy in Los Angeles

Support that meets you where you are and growth that moves with you.

Therapy isn’t about “fixing you”, it’s about supporting you as you come home to yourself and exploring the deeper parts of you in a safe and comfortable environment.

Therapy is for you if you’ve ever thought:

  • “Why do I keep repeating the same pattern?”
  • “I’m so tired of pretending I’m okay.”
  • “My relationship is struggling, and I don’t know what to do.”
  • “I want something to change but I don’t know where to start.”

Whatever’s brought you here, we’ll meet you with compassion, clarity, and zero judgment, either from our offices in Los Angeles or online from the comfort of your own home.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

Why Therapy at GGPA Feels Different

This is therapy that goes deep

We’re here to meet and walk with you as you figure out what healing looks like on your terms. During therapy sessions at GGPA, we don’t shy away from the messy stuff. In fact, we lean into it. Because that’s often where your truth lives.

The work we do is rooted in emotional honesty, relational depth, and cultural awareness. Whether you’re ready to dive deep into every last hidden corner of yourself, or you’re still getting comfortable exploring the shoreline, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and doable for you, every therapy session.

Our Los Angeles team shows up as real humans (warm, grounded, and willing to go there) so you can too. We’re trained in evidence-based modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and we’re also trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and unafraid to say the hard thing with compassion.

We know therapy is an investment, not just financially, but emotionally as well. Our job is to honor that and help you create real, sustainable change that lasts beyond the therapy room.

What to Expect When You Start Therapy

It’s okay if you’re nervous. Most people are.

Your first step is a free 15-minute consultation. You’ll talk with one of our therapists to share a bit about what’s going on and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, we’ll recommend the best fit, which could be individual therapy, couples therapy, or group therapy, or a combination.

You’re not expected to have all the answers. You just need to show up.

Our therapy sessions are available in-person in Los Angeles or online throughout California.

We focus on real, transformational change — the kind that lasts beyond the therapy room.
