ADHD Partner Support Group in Los Angeles, CA

This group is dedicated to folks who are in neurodivergent relationships where one partner has ADHD and is in a romantic relationship with a non-ADHD or NT partner. The ADHD partner will attend the ADHD partner support group and the non-adhd partner will be in the non-adhd partner support group.

A supportive therapy group session where a young woman receives comforting gestures from fellow members, creating an atmosphere of empathy and understanding.

  • Have a safe space and peer support group who can understand and process your ADHD struggles and the impact these symptoms have in your relationship.

Dr. Tyler Howard, the director of GGPA’s neuropsychological testing department, an ADHD expert will be the group.  Each group session is 90 minutes for a $100 per group session each week.
